Jahnavi has led her family office and multi-family office investment companies for the last decade. She has also founded and successfully launched several companies within financial services, real estate, industrial and healthcare sectors. Jahnavi previously worked for Ord Minett / JP Morgan as an Investment Adviser before launching a boutique investment bank JPM Capital. Her experience and expertise encapsulates Asset Management in Private Equity and Structured Credit, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory. Jahnavi graduated with majors in Economics, International Trade, International Business and Marketing.

Mia Marcus
CSO & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Mia started as a chartered accountant with a big 4 firm and progressed to strategy consulting, corporate advisory. She has successfully founded and sold a number of boutique services and technology companies. Mia is currently lead adviser of an Australasian boutique corporate advisory firm focused on emerging and frontier market transactions. Mia majored in Accounting and Finance, and graduated with an executive MBA.

 

Varun Kapur
PARTNER - CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Varun has worked with a big 4 firm on various consulting projects in government policy and tax advisory. Working with governments in MENA, he has a deep understanding of the political climate and the challenges of scaling businesses in Emerging Markets. Varun has also consulted on various Entertainment & Media projects whereby developing innovative marketing strategies, sponsorship solutions and distribution capabilities in view of the fast evolving technological landscape.

He plays an ongoing advisory role for his family office in their shipping and commodity trading business which has been ongoing since 1970 across emerging markets including Middle East, India and Africa.Varun graduated with a major in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
